Hi! My name is Naira (can you say Nah-eee-rah?) It
means bright eyes or smiling eyes. I do not know
how I can smile with my eyes but I guess I do –
especially when I was popped from the city shelter
(now can you say BARC!).
I was found by the animal control officer and
brought in – along with a million fleas that I had on
me. Those pesky little things just would not leave
me alone. A nice lady took pity on me and put some
juice on me to get those bugs off me. Then the next
day – I found myself leaving the shelter and arriving
at a house. There I got washed up properly and felt
really good and clean. It has been uphill since then
– good grub, good company, and no more fleas.
Wow!
When I get a little older, I have heard that I might
get to go to a home where I can always stay and be
taken care of. i am growing fast so I should be a big
girl who will look like an American bulldog. I can’t
wait.
I love to meet new friends so come around soon.
